Chris has 20 years of experience in Property Management. A MA in Property Management and a BA in International Politics. 

He is also a Member of the Institute of Residential Property Management and an Associate Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

Chris created Giant PM because, for too long, as a Property Manager, he felt like customer service and attention to detail had been sacrificed due to portfolios being too large. 

The common themes throughout the industry are Property Managers spinning too many plates, trying to do the best for 30+ developments all at the same time.

That model is not sustainable as service and efficiency are sacrificed, and recent studies have shown this model does not improve profitability

With this in mind, Chris has founded Giant Property Management, and our cornerstone is quality, not quantity.

Katie is a highly organised and technically proficient Property Manager. She has worked for property management companies since 2006, and specialises in streamlining operations and ensuring workflow efficiency. 

With a sharp focus on accuracy and process management, she plays a key role in tracking customer enquiries and repairs and maintaining data integrity.
