CHRIS JONES MA BA MIRPM Assoc RICS
Managing Director and Founder
Giant PM's Managing Director and Founder.
Chris has 14 years of experience in Property Management. A MA in Property Management and a BA in International Politics.
He is also a Member of the Institute of Residential Property Management and an Associate Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
Chris created Giant PM as for too long as a Property Manager he has felt like customer service and attention for detail have been sacrificed due to portfolios being too large.
The common themes throughout the industry are Property Managers spinning too many plates, trying to do the best for 30+ developments all at the same time.
That model is not sustainable as service and efficiency are sacrificed, and recent studies have shown this model does not improve profitability
With this in mind, Chris has founded Giant Property Management, and our cornerstone is quality not quantity.
